Refund Policy

ChurchTrades offers paid sponsored placement for Trade and Market listings. This Refund Policy applies only to payments made to ChurchTrades for sponsored advertising or sponsored placement.

Church donations are separate from ChurchTrades sponsored advertising. ChurchTrades does not describe donations to individual churches as sponsored advertising payments collected by ChurchTrades.

• A full refund may be requested if a sponsored campaign is cancelled before the sponsored placement begins.
• Duplicate charges or confirmed billing errors will be refunded.
• If payment is successfully processed but ChurchTrades is unable to activate or provide the purchased sponsored placement because of a technical or service failure, the customer is eligible for a refund.
• Once a sponsored campaign has started and the sponsored listing has been displayed, the payment is generally non-refundable.
