Child Safety Standards
ChurchTrades is committed to protecting children and maintaining a safe community. These standards explain our zero-tolerance approach to child sexual abuse and exploitation and how concerns are handled.
Last updated: July 18, 2026
Zero-Tolerance Policy
ChurchTrades strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Users must not create, upload, share, request, promote, store, or distribute content that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child.
Prohibited conduct includes child grooming, sextortion, sexualizing a minor, trafficking or soliciting a child for sexual exploitation, predatory contact with a child, and any attempt to facilitate or conceal such activity.
Reporting a Child Safety Concern
Report suspected CSAE, CSAM, grooming, exploitation, or other child safety concerns through the support or reporting options available in ChurchTrades, or email support@churchtrades.com. Include enough information for us to locate the account, post, listing, message, or other material involved.
Do not download, copy, forward, or attach suspected CSAM to a report. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement immediately.
Review and Enforcement
ChurchTrades reviews credible child safety reports and takes appropriate action when it obtains actual knowledge of prohibited content or conduct. Actions may include removing content, restricting access, suspending or terminating accounts, preserving relevant records where legally required, and cooperating with lawful investigations.
ChurchTrades may act without prior notice when necessary to protect a child, users, the public, or the integrity of the service.
Reporting to Authorities
ChurchTrades complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations. Confirmed CSAM may be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), the Canadian Centre for Child Protection, or another appropriate regional authority or law-enforcement agency, as required by applicable law.
Age and Scope
ChurchTrades is intended for adults aged 18 and over. These child safety standards apply regardless of the stated or believed age of any user and apply to profiles, posts, listings, photos, messages, chats, and every other part of the service.
Child Safety Point of Contact
Google Play and authorized safety or law-enforcement organizations may contact the ChurchTrades child safety representative at admin@churchtrades.com. General user reports should be sent to support@churchtrades.com.
