Delete Your ChurchTrades Account

When available, users can request account deletion directly in the ChurchTrades app through Account or Profile settings. Follow the prompts shown in the app to confirm the request.

Users can also email support@churchtrades.com from the registered email address with the subject ChurchTrades Account Deletion Request.

Please include:

• Account email
• First and last name
• Selected church, if known

ChurchTrades may need to verify that the request came from the account owner before deleting the account. Never send a password by email. Requests will be handled in a reasonable processing time.

ChurchTrades will delete or anonymize account information where reasonably possible. Some limited information may be retained when needed for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backup, or operational recordkeeping purposes.
